1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Interviu mobile application ("App",
"Application", "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement").
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Application.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and Interviu
("we", "us", "our", "Company"). Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by
reference.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by
updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document, sending notifications through the
Application, or posting notices on our website. Your continued use of the Application after such
modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Interviu is an AI-powered interview practice application that provides users with:
- Interview Practice Sessions: Simulated job interviews conducted by AI-powered
interviewers
- Real-time Feedback: Instant feedback, scores, and performance analysis for
interview answers
- Answer Guidance: Recommendations and ideal answers to help improve interview
skills
- Performance Analytics: Comprehensive analysis of interview performance across
multiple dimensions
- Interview History: Storage and access to past interview sessions
- CV Analysis: Optional CV upload and AI-powered summary generation
- Multi-language Support: Interview practice in multiple languages
- Subscription Plans: Various subscription tiers with different features and
limits
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or
implied.
3. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
3.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by law in your jurisdiction) to use
the Application. If you are under 18 years old, you represent that you have obtained parental or
guardian consent to use the Application.
3.2 Account Creation
- You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Application
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
3.3 Account Security
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must not share your account credentials with any third party
- We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
4. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
4.1 Subscription Plans
Interviu offers various subscription plans, including but not limited to:
- Basic Plan: Limited daily sessions, standard AI model, normal interview
duration
- Pro Plan: Increased daily sessions, professional AI model, extended duration,
premium personalities
- Ultra Plan: Maximum daily sessions, expert AI model, deep dive duration, all
premium features
Subscription plans, features, pricing, and limits are subject to change at our discretion. Current
plan details are available in the Application.
4.2 Subscription Purchase
- Subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- Payment processing is handled by the respective app store platforms
- All subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis
- Subscription prices may vary by region and are subject to change
4.3 Free Trials
- We may offer free trial periods for certain subscription plans
- Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial period
ends
- You will be charged the subscription fee at the end of the free trial period
- You can cancel your subscription at any time during the trial period to avoid charges
4.4 Auto-Renewal
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period
- You will be charged the subscription fee for the next billing period unless you cancel before
the renewal date
- Auto-renewal can be managed through your App Store or Google Play Store account settings
- We are not responsible for charges incurred due to failure to cancel auto-renewal
4.5 Subscription Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play Store account
settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- You will continue to have access to subscription features until the end of the paid period
- No refunds will be provided for the current billing period upon cancellation
4.6 Subscription Changes
- You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time
- Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing
period
- Prorated refunds or credits may apply when upgrading, subject to our discretion
- No refunds are provided when downgrading
4.7 Refund Policy
- Subscription fees are generally non-refundable
- Refund requests are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play Store in accordance with their
respective refund policies
- We may, at our sole discretion, provide refunds in exceptional circumstances
- Refund requests must be submitted within the timeframe specified by the app store platform
4.8 Subscription Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your subscription immediately, without notice or refund,
if:
- You violate these Terms of Service
- You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
- You attempt to circumvent subscription limitations
- We discontinue the Service or your subscription plan
5. USAGE LIMITS AND RESTRICTIONS
5.1 Daily Session Limits
- Each subscription plan has a daily limit on the number of interview sessions you can create
- Daily limits reset at a specified time each day (as indicated in the Application)
- Unused sessions do not roll over to the next day
- You cannot exceed your daily limit, even if you upgrade mid-day
5.2 Feature Limitations
- Certain features are only available with specific subscription plans
- AI model types, interview durations, and interviewer personalities may be restricted based on
your subscription tier
- We reserve the right to modify feature availability and limitations at any time
5.3 File Upload Limits
- CV files must be in PDF format
- CV files must not exceed 3MB in size
- Maximum 4 CV uploads per day per user
- We reserve the right to reject or remove files that violate these restrictions
5.4 Content Restrictions
- Interview answers must be between 10 and 1000 characters
- You may not submit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing,
defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
- You may not submit content that infringes on intellectual property rights
- We reserve the right to remove or reject any content that violates these restrictions
6. USER CONDUCT AND PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
6.1 Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You
agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the rights of others
- Transmit any harmful, malicious, or illegal content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Application or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Application or servers
6.2 Prohibited Activities
You are expressly prohibited from:
- Reverse Engineering: Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble
the Application
- Automation: Using bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with the
Application
- Circumvention: Attempting to bypass subscription limitations, security
measures, or usage restrictions
- Account Sharing: Sharing your account credentials or allowing others to use
your account
- Data Scraping: Extracting or harvesting data from the Application without
authorization
- Commercial Use: Using the Application for commercial purposes without our
written consent
- Resale: Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing the Application or its
content
- Impersonation: Impersonating others or providing false information
- Spam: Sending unsolicited messages or spam through the Application
- Malware: Introducing viruses, malware, or other harmful code
6.3 Violations
Violation of these Terms may result in:
- Immediate suspension or termination of your account
- Loss of access to the Service
- Forfeiture of any subscription fees paid
- Legal action, if necessary
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
7.1 Our Intellectual Property
The Application, including but not limited to its design, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio
clips, software, and code, is the property of Interviu or its licensors and is protected by
copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7.2 License to Use
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable,
revocable license to:
- Download and install the Application on your personal device
- Use the Application for your personal, non-commercial use
- Access and use the features and services provided by the Application
This license does not include the right to:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Application
- Redistribute, sublicense, or sell the Application
- Use the Application for commercial purposes
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices
7.3 Your Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Application (including interview answers,
CV files, and profile information). However, by submitting content, you grant us a worldwide,
royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to:
- Use, store, process, and display your content to provide the Service
- Analyze your content to generate feedback, scores, and recommendations
- Improve and enhance our AI models and services
- Create aggregated, anonymized data for analytics and research
7.4 Feedback
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the Application may be used by us without any
obligation to compensate you.
8. AI-GENERATED CONTENT
8.1 AI Services
The Application uses artificial intelligence to:
- Generate interview questions
- Analyze your answers
- Provide feedback and scores
- Generate recommendations and ideal answers
- Summarize CVs
8.2 AI Limitations
- AI-generated content is provided for educational and practice purposes only
- AI feedback and recommendations are suggestions and should not be considered professional
career advice
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content
- AI models may produce errors, biases, or inappropriate content despite our efforts
8.3 No Professional Advice
The Application does not provide professional career counseling, legal advice, or employment
services. AI-generated feedback is for practice purposes only and should not replace professional
guidance.
9. DATA AND PRIVACY
9.1 Data Collection
We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. By
using the Application, you consent to our data practices as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
9.2 Data Storage
- Your data is stored on secure servers and your device
- We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data
- However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure
- You are responsible for backing up any important data
9.3 Data Deletion
- You may delete individual interviews through the Application
- You may delete your account and associated data through account settings
- Some data may be retained for legal, security, or operational purposes
- Deleted data may not be recoverable
10. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
10.1 Service Availability
- We do not guarantee that the Application will be available at all times
- The Application may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues
- We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by Service unavailability
10.2 No Warranties
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND,
EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Warranties of merchantability
- Warranties of fitness for a particular purpose
- Warranties of non-infringement
- Warranties of accuracy, reliability, or completeness
10.3 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
- Any loss or damage resulting from your use of the Application
- Any loss or damage resulting from AI-generated content
- Any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION IN THE 12
MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10.4 Jurisdiction-Specific Limitations
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability. In
such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Interviu, its officers, directors, employees,
agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses
(including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
- Your use of the Application
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Your content or conduct
12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
12.1 Third-Party Integrations
The Application integrates with third-party services, including:
- Apple App Store / Google Play Store: For app distribution and payment
processing
- RevenueCat: For subscription management
- Google Fonts: For font display
12.2 Third-Party Terms
Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy
policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
12.3 Third-Party Links
The Application may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the
content, privacy practices, or terms of such third-party sites.
13. MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE
13.1 Service Changes
We reserve the right to:
- Modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time
- Change subscription plans, features, pricing, or limits
- Add or remove features
- Modify or discontinue support for certain devices or platforms
13.2 Notification of Changes
We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes to the Service, but we are not
obligated to do so.
13.3 No Obligation to Maintain
We are under no obligation to maintain or support the Application, or to provide updates or
modifications.
14. TERMINATION
14.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your use of the Application at any time by:
- Deleting the Application from your device
- Cancelling your subscription (if applicable)
- Deleting your account
14.2 Termination by Us
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Application immediately, without prior notice, if:
- You violate these Terms
- You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
- We are required to do so by law
- We discontinue the Service
14.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Application immediately ceases
- Your subscription (if applicable) will be cancelled
- You may lose access to your account and data
- We may delete your account and data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
- Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect
15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
15.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without
regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15.2 Dispute Resolution Process
In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Application:

Interviu regarding the Application and supersede all prior agreements.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be
limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in
full force and effect.
16.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such
right or provision.
16.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder without our prior written
consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
16.5 Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our
reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes,
or internet failures.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and
translations, the English version shall prevail.
17. APP STORE TERMS
17.1 Apple App Store
If you downloaded the Application from the Apple App Store:
- These Terms are between you and Interviu, not Apple
- Apple is not responsible for the Application or its content
- Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance
- Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims related to the Application
- In the event of Application failure, you may notify Apple for a refund (subject to Apple's
refund policy)
17.2 Google Play Store
If you downloaded the Application from the Google Play Store:
- These Terms are between you and Interviu, not Google
- Google is not responsible for the Application or its content
- Google has no obligation to provide support or maintenance
- Refunds are handled in accordance with Google Play's refund policy
18. ACKNOWLEDGMENT
BY USING THE INTERVIU APPLICATION, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT:
- You have read and understood these Terms of Service
- You agree to be bound by these Terms
- You understand that the Application uses AI technology with inherent limitations
- You understand that AI-generated content is for practice purposes only
- You understand that subscription fees are generally non-refundable
- You understand that we may modify these Terms at any time
